How to use Elcare Infrared Forehead Thermometer for Human ? As simple as only 3 steps.

Step 1 :

Aiming to the Center of Forehead.Thermometer measures distance within 30 mm (approx an adult index finger distance).

Remove all obstruction on the forehead like hairs and sweat

Step 2 :

Press the thermometer measurement button.The temperature is instantly displayed.

Step 3 :

The success of the measurement, the fuselage will vibrate once. If the temperature is over 38 °C or 100.4 ℉, the fuselage will vibrate 3 times.

Caution : Remove the Batteries when the thermometer has not be used for an extended period of time.

Multi MODE Setting

Press “MODE ” to select Temperature Mode

Body Mode – to measure Human temperature

Surface/Object Mode – to measure Object temperature

Room Mode – to measure Room temperature

Unit Setting and Memory Query

Unit Switch :

Press “MODE” for 2 seconds, “F4” is displayed.

Press “MODE” again to display “F5”

Press “MEM” to select Celsius (°C) and “Key” to select Fahrenheit (℉)

Press “MODE” again to confirm unit.

Memory :

Press “MEM” for last data (max 32 records)

Press “MEM” for 5 seconds to erase all memory data

Overall Offsetting

Hold “MODE” for 2 seconds to displays “F4” flashing on screen.

Press “MEM” button to +0.1℉(°C) or “Key” button to -0.1℉(°C)

Press “MODE” twice to confirm.

Remark :

For Professional used – when extreme accuracy is required (adjustment depending on the surface materials and skin type being measured).

For General used – keep this 0 with no adjustment
