Fast & Accurate Reading
The instant read cooking thermometer features food grade stainless steel probe with precise sensor that provides 4-6 seconds of reading speed while still being highly accurate to ±1°F.
Hold Feature
Lock the current temperature reading on the display even when you remove the probe from the food by pressing the HOLD button.
