Instant Read Food Thermometer: Our precalibrated thermometer provides quick and accurate response times within 2-3 seconds. Accurate within +/-1°F. Includes calibration feature if needed. One battery is included along with user manual for tips and instructions. Reads temperatures from -58–572°F.
Dual Probe Cooking Thermometer: Includes a wired plug in probe that you can leave in hot environments such as the oven, grill, smoker, or bbq. This allows you to closely monitor the cook without needing to constantly poke your food to check the temperature! Just insert the wired plug in probe into your food to continually monitor the temperature. Optionally use the temperature alarm feature to be notified when you hit the target temperature. Both probes are food grade stainless steel.
Backlit Display & Lock Function: Comes with backlit LCD display allowing you to illuminate the screen for use in low light conditions. Lock function allows you to lock or pause the temperature on the display, enabling you to read the temperature away from the heat.
