These are designed with a high-density rubber with stainless steel collars or inserts to make sliding onto the barbell quick and easy. Since these feature a wider frame, you cannot load as much weight as traditional bumper plates. They also feature our logo in white lettering with weight displayed in lbs and kg. These weight plates will help increase your total fitness and strength. These can be used with our 2” loadable dumbbell handles (comes in black or chrome) for muscle building exercises like: squats, bench press, curls, and more. Add any of our following barbell clamp collars to the dumbbell handles: ABS Barbell Collars (Good) Nylon Resin Barbell Collars (Better) Aluminum Barbell Collars (Best) Sold in singles. NOTE*** We recommend only dropping this from a bench press height as it is not designed to be dropped from an overhead position.
Purpose – Add to your home gym fitness equipment collection with our multi-color shock absorbing bumper weight plates. They are designed with durable, low bounce technology. These can be dropped from bench press height without causing damage to your floors. Do not drop from an overhead position.
Usage – Ideally used for general strength training and Olympic style weightlifting. Exercise with the plate only or slide on to loadable dumbbell handles with a 2” diameter opening. Please use clamp collars to secure onto the bar.
