Pineapple Head is inspired by a grilled pineapple recipe that leaned heavily on cloves and cinnamon; we whipped up this perfectly savory, sweet seasoning to complement the more tropical side of life.
With a little more heat and savory flavor than the original recipe called for, our sweet tropical rub becomes the ideal complement to anything sunshine-y and seabreeze-y.
While originally blended for pineapple, this seasoning is great on fruit salad and grilled peaches too. We’ve also found it to be a perfect complement to pumpkin, sweet potatoes, bacon, sausage, chicken, and seafood.
Our sweetest blend, Pineapple Head has been a wonderful addition to many desserts including kettle corn and vanilla ice cream. There’s no limit to the goodness this rub imparts to all the finer things in life.
