This bar is handmade, the hazelnuts are hand-picked, the dates come fresh from the African Sahara and the egg white is wholesome (We do NOT buy egg white powder, we think it’s overprocessed and smelly, instead we use fresh egg whites in our recipe in a way that the bars smell nothing like eggs).
It is the perfect pre-workout as it provides the energy (210 kcal/bar) and the protein (15g protein/bar) you need for a good workout. Many take it as a post-workout as it helps your body recover after you gym/fitness or any other activity like cardio, hiking, yoga, pilates, swimming, sports, camping, running, cycling, walking… Also a great addition to your high-protein diet.
