This chiller is made from stainless steel. It is durable enough due to our pressure release design.
Can I pour in hot coffee through lid directly? Or do I have to take the lid off?
Yes, you can pour in hot coffee directly through lid. And you can also take off the lid.
How long does it need to be in the freezer to be ready for use?
It depends on the freezer’s temperature. It takes 4 hours at -0.4 Fahrenheit degree.And the lower the temperature of the refrigerator, the better the cooling effect of the cup.
How easy is it to clean? How do I clean it?
It is very easy to clean. Just take the lid off and using our complimentary silicone clean pad clean the cup. Or just put it into dishwasher directly.After cleaning, dry off the water inside and outside the cup, then put it back for next use.
Why not use stainless steel ice cubes to chill beverages instead?
The stainless steel ice cubes need more time to cool beverages and they are also not cheap.(There is a risk of leakage of liquid in ice block during use)
