First, ensure that your ring size is appropriate and that the ring’s sensor is snug against your finger pad. Next, completely close the app and reopen it to refresh and wait for the data to sync.

What should I do if the charging case does not charge the ring? How long can the smart ring be used after a full charge?

Can someone else’s phone bind to my smart ring?
A samrt ring can only be bound to one phone account at a time. If your smart ring is bound to your phone, you must unbind it from the device page in your app before someone else can bind it to their phone.
