We are a husband and wife team who have been married since 1978 and business partners since 2013. In search of real answers to health issues, we found Mountain Family Wellness and the original Energy Food formula, now called (Total Health). This formula which was created in 1990 returned a vibrancy, focus and energy that we couldn’t find in existing products. We founded our company after obtaining this formula to help you discover your best self too.
We have taken the Total Health formula and added it to our Plant Protein Plus and Power Meal plus Matcha, making them unlike any “all in one shake”. We obtain our Fulvic Acid Mineral spray from Mountain Family Wellness where it has been practiced and perfected for years.
